Beta version

A Beta Version is a version of software that is still in the testing phase and likely contains bugs.

It is a near-final version of the product that is released to a group of users (the beta testers) before the official launch. The goal is for these users to test the software under real-world usage conditions to find and report bugs, performance issues, or other inconsistencies that the developers may have overlooked.

Because it is a test version, a Beta Version is expected to be unstable and is not recommended for use in critical work. After feedback from the testers, the developers fix the problems to release the final and stable version of the product.
